Being outdoors and volunteering in natural spaces has proven beneficial effects on individuals' wellbeing. Our partnership with Novuna, which provides retail finance and business loans, will enable hundreds of their employees to take part in a Wild Work Day with their local Wildlife Trust. This will involve employees getting involved in a range of physical activities to help manage habitats and green spaces on Trusts’ reserves.

We know that employees’ wellbeing benefits from the opportunity to give something back to their communities, connect with their colleagues, get active outdoors, learn new things and simply have the opportunity to slow down and take notice of the world around them. We’ll be working with Novuna to understand how a Wild Work Day has affected employees’ sense of wellbeing and positivity.
