Challenge Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The challenge is open to UK residents and is divided into two categories:

  • Adult Category: Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
     
  • Children’s Category: Entrants must be under 18 and have parental or guardian consent to participate.

1.2 Employees of The Wildlife Trusts, their immediate families, and anyone directly involved in the challenge are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Entries must comply with The Wildlife Trusts' usual Digital Challenges Terms and Conditions | The Wildlife Trusts, which can be found here.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1 To enter, participants must submit a digital t-shirt design around the theme of nature connection which is the main aim of 30 Days Wild.

2.2 Participants must share how they have incorporated the theme of nature connection in their design and write what it means to them in under 100 words.

2.3 All entries must be submitted digitally via the appropriate online form or email.

2.4 Duration:  approx. 1 month -  starting from 25th April and closing 25th  May 2025 - Judging would take place w/c- 25th May, with the winning designs uploaded soon after.
2.5 Each participant may submit one entry.
2.6 Entries must be original, not infringe on third-party rights, and align with The Wildlife Trusts’ values.

3. Use of Winning Design

3.1 The winning design(s) will be reproduced as part of The Wildlife Trusts’ 30 Days Wild collection and sold through the online shop.
3.2 The winning artist(s) will be credited where possible.
3.3 All proceeds from the sale of merchandise featuring the winning design(s) will go towards supporting The Wildlife Trusts’ conservation work.
3.4 By entering, participants grant The Wildlife Trusts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the submitted design(s) for promotional and commercial purposes.

3.5 You hereby represent and warrant that any use of your name or other related materials by or on behalf of The Wildlife Trusts, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and does not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

4. Selection of Winner

4.1 The winners will be selected based on skill, creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme of nature connection, as judged by a panel appointed by The Wildlife Trusts.
4.2 The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize

5.1 The winner(s) will have their design featured in the 30 Days Wild collection and receive  2 items of merchandise featuring their design from The Wildlife Trusts Store - here.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Notification of Winner

6.1 Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing.
6.2 If a winner does not respond within 2 days (48 hours), the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General Terms

7.1 The Wildlife Trusts reserve the right to amend or withdraw the challenge if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
7.3 By entering, participants agree that The Wildlife Trusts may use their name, design, and statement for promotional purposes.
