Booking team activity days with The Wildlife Trusts

Welcome! Our team activity days, or ‘Wild Work Days’ as we call them, are an opportunity to get outdoors to help wildlife in your local community, undertaking a range of physical conservation activities while at the same time connecting with your team-mates. They can also help us to feel happier and healthier!

What’s next?

The Wildlife Trust closest to your office or preferred activity location will be in touch with you soon to agree a date and location. Please check your junk email regularly and if you haven’t heard from us within 7 working days then please email us.

Once the date and location are confirmed you will receive details such as how to get there and what you and your team will need to wear and bring on the day. Then, look forward to some mud, sweat and fun with your team-mates!

You and your team will be asked to participate in a short anonymous wellbeing survey, before the day and again on the day of the activity. This will enable us to measure any differences.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and rescheduling should be by exception only and no later than 15 working days before the arranged date to avoid unnecessary charges i.e. your employer or funder may incur up to 100% charge for cancellations or reschedules with less than 15 working days’ notice. Please apply the same notice with any changes to number of people which are subject to a minimum charge.
